Terms & Conditions for Arbutus "Buy 1 Get 1" Sale

These Special Promotion Terms and Conditions ("Promotion Terms") govern your participation in the "Buy 1 Get 1" (B1G1) sale event on arbutusofficial.com (the "Site"). These terms are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the Site's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Promotion Terms shall control for the B1G1 sale.

1. Promotion Details

  • Offer: Buy One (1) qualifying item at its regular price and receive One (1) identical or specified item of equal or lesser value for free.

  • Promotional Period: This offer is valid only for purchases made between November 21, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and December 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST ("Promotional Period"). Orders placed before or after this period are not eligible.

  • Qualifying Products: The B1G1 offer applies only to products specifically designated as part of the sale on the product detail page. Arbutus reserves the sole right to determine which products are included.

2. Eligibility & Limitations

  • This offer is limited to one free item per qualifying item purchased. For example, purchasing two qualifying items entitles you to two free items, and so on.

  • The free item will be the same as the purchased item, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page (e.g., "Buy X, Get Y Free").

  • The B1G1 offer cannot be applied to previous purchases, and no price adjustments will be made for orders placed outside the Promotional Period.

  • The offer is valid while supplies last. Arbutus reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Returns

  • No Partial Returns/Refunds: If a customer returns the purchased item for a refund, they must also return the free item. The refund amount will be the price paid for the single purchased item, minus any original shipping costs. Failure to return the free item will result in a deduction from the refund equal to the current listed value of the free item.

  • Returning Only the Free Item: The free item alone cannot be returned for a cash refund, store credit, or exchange.

  • Order Splitting is Not Permitted: The B1G1 offer is a single, bundled promotion. Customers may not split the bundle and request a refund for only the purchased item while keeping the free item.

  • Cancellation by Arbutus: Arbutus reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, made in error, or due to stock unavailability. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund for the canceled order.

4. Important Disclaimers Protecting the Seller

  • Pricing and Typographical Errors: Arbutus is not responsible for typographical, pricing, or other errors in any product listing or advertisement and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

  • Inventory Limitation: All offers are subject to stock availability. "While Supplies Last" is a material condition of this sale. Arbutus cannot guarantee that all customers will receive their desired products and may run out of inventory before the Promotional Period ends.

  • Force Majeure: Arbutus shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, public health crises, strikes, material shortages, or internet service failures.

  • Abuse and Fraud: Arbutus reserves the right to limit or refuse sales to anyone suspected of abusing the promotion, including using multiple accounts, automated bots, or engaging in fraudulent activity. We may, at our sole discretion, cancel such orders and ban users from the Site.

  • Promotion Modification or Termination: Arbutus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the B1G1 sale at any time without liability.

5. General Provisions

  • By participating in this B1G1 sale, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms, the general Terms of Service of arbutusofficial.com, and the Privacy Policy.

  • Arbutus's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  • If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
