Coverage Duration
- Each Arbutus watch is covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase.
Scope of Warranty
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and has all tags attached.
Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover damages due to wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. It also excludes damage to the case, lens, bracelet, strap, buckle, and damage from exposure to water or extreme temperatures.
